Following work on a series of messaging projects for healthcare professionals working during the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic, I thought it would be useful to create a series of messaging strategies for use in a crisis.

Understanding that the usual rules no longer apply, and that emotions are often running high, these strategies are designed to help continue a dialogue with your customers while recognising that their needs may have changed.
